Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Subpanel — the marketing site at subpanel.io and the product application (collectively, “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Subpanel is provided as-is on a subscription basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except as set out in Enterprise SLAs. We may add or change features at any time. If a pricing change affects an existing subscription, we'll give you 30 days' notice before it takes effect at your next renewal.

You can use Subpanel to track and manage subscriptions inside your company, including the workflows for onboarding and offboarding employees. You can invite other people from your company to your workspace.

• Reverse-engineer or copy the Service for resale.
• Use Subpanel to track data about people who aren't employees of your company, or who haven't consented.
• Abuse the Service in a way that disrupts other customers.

Your data is yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time. See our privacy policy for the details on what we collect and how we handle it.

Subpanel is provided without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the last twelve months.

Either party may terminate at any time. If we terminate without cause, you have 30 days to export your data before the workspace is permanently deleted.

If we change these terms materially, we'll email everyone with an account at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
