Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the marketing site at subpanel.io and to the Subpanel product application (collectively, “the Service”). It explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the limited circumstances under which we share it. We don't sell your data.

• Account data

  Your email, full name, company name, and role at signup.

• Subscription data

  The SaaS subscriptions you enter, who they're assigned to, the card paying for them, costs, renewal dates, and any optional invoice / receipt files you attach.

• Billing data

  When you upgrade to a paid plan, our payment processor holds your payment-method details on our behalf. We never see or store your card number — we only receive the customer + subscription IDs and the resulting plan / status.

• Usage analytics

  Basic page-view and feature-usage analytics so we can understand which parts of the product are working. We do not track individual users across the web.

• Communications

  Emails you send us, and the emails the system sends on your behalf (for example, onboarding notifications to your finance team).

We use your data only to operate the Service: showing you your subscriptions, computing spend rollups, sending the emails you configured, billing you if you're on a paid plan, and improving the product. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Limited sharing only happens with the service providers we use to run Subpanel, under data-processing agreements.

Your data is held by a small set of well-known service providers — hosting, database, transactional email, and billing. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and handles data only on our instructions. Your application data lives in the region your workspace is configured for.

You can export your data, change it, or delete your account at any time. Email privacy@subpanel.io and we'll act on the request within 30 days.
